The McCormick Ranch is an extremely well diversified farm and ranch, conveniently located within ten miles of downtown Billings, MT. The ranch has a total of 5,662 deeded acres of which approximately 3,365 acres are being farmed or in hay production. The balance is native range pasture that is watered with springs and reservoirs. The headquarters are in a very private setting and easily accessible via end of a county road access, and consist of two homes, a large heated shop, machine storage, barns and numerous grain bins along with an excellent set of corrals.
