Property Details

2800 Deeded Acres

640 State Leased Acres

165 BLM Leased Acres

The Pretty Coulee Ranch has a 640 acre state lease, along with approximately 165 acres of BLM leased acres.

Nestled off of the bear springs bench, this property has year round water meandering through the middle of it. Coffee Creek runs water for both livestock and game, and provides unique diversity throughout the property. With native grasslands dropping into brush covered draws, the upland game bird populations are strong and it is common to shoot limits of both peasants and sharptails with healthy populations of hungarian partridge as well. Known for trophy mule deer genetics, this unique offering has produced several bucks in the mid 190 class, with daily sightings of 170+ inch deer very common.

Large elk also call Pretty Coulee Ranch home. With timbered draws leading up to farm ground, these elk move up and down the property to feed daily. Several bulls over 350 inches are commonly found on the ranch throughout the fall, and the topography is very conducive to bow hunting these trophy bulls.
