The Threemile Table Farm is 15 miles northwest of Glendive, MT on a spanning plateau known as “Threemile Table.” This property encompasses a contiguous 1,537 deeded acres, of which over 550 are tillable and currently leased out to a long-time tenant. The remaining acreage consists of rolling grass hills and ash coulees that break from the table to the drainages below. The property is unimproved and has many great building locations should one desire.  For the avid outdoorsman antelope, mule deer, and upland birds frequent the property regularly. Access is great via county Road 550, and the property is only three miles off State Highway 254.

Location Details

The property is approximately 13 miles northwest on Highway 245, then 3 miles east on county road 550. From Glendive, it is a 30 minute drive. Glendive it the county seat of Dawson county and has all the amenities of a small town: dining, shopping, several boutiques, a nice hospital, Dawson Community College, and an airport that has flights daily to the international airport in Billings, MT.
